PCR Setup

PCR Setup Automation

Mastermix dispensing → sample transfer → sealing in one step. 8ch simultaneous processing reduces prep time by ~70% vs. manual 1ch pipetting.

Deck Configuration (12-slot)
Slot 1: Tip Box · Slot 5: Sample Plate · Slot 9: PCR Plate
Serial Dilution

Serial Dilution

Automates 1:2–1:10,000 dilution series. Tip replacement at each step prevents cross-contamination. CV < 1% reproducibility.

Deck Configuration (12-slot)
Slot 1: Tip Box × 4 · Slot 5: Source · Slot 7–9: Dilution Plates
Cell Seeding

Cell Seeding

Uniform seeding across all wells of a 96-well plate. Gentle mix of cell suspension followed by precise dispensing. CV < 2% across wells.

Deck Configuration (12-slot)
Slot 1: Tip Box · Slot 3: Cell Suspension · Slot 5–7: 96-well Plates
ELISA Prep

ELISA Plate Preparation

Automated dispensing of samples, standards, and reagents. Consistent timing improves result reliability. Process 4+ plates per run.

Deck Configuration (12-slot)
Slot 1: Tips · Slot 3: Sample · Slot 5: Reagent · Slot 7–10: ELISA Plates
Reagent Dispensing

Reagent Dispensing

Zero repeat-dispense error rate. Eliminates manual variability of 10–30%. Supports 24-hour unattended operation (automated workflow).

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use it with no coding knowledge at all?
Yes. The Windy software uses a drag-and-drop interface — no programming knowledge required from day one. Pre-configured templates for PCR Prep, Serial Dilution, and more are included. A built-in REST API also allows future automation workflow expansion.
How long does the initial setup take?
A dedicated engineer visits your lab in person for installation. The goal is to run your first protocol within 1 hour — same-day completion from instrument setup through software configuration to first run.
Is it compatible with existing lab equipment and consumables?
Compatible with SBS/ANSI/SLAS standard microplates, tips, and tube racks. External instrument integration is also supported via REST API. Compatibility with your existing consumables can be confirmed during consultation.
Can it be used for government R&D projects?
Yes. ABLE Labs is recognized as a Baby Unicorn company by Korea's Ministry of SMEs and Startups (2025), and NOTABLE is eligible for government R&D equipment procurement.
How does after-sales service and maintenance work?
Our dedicated engineers based in Songdo, Incheon respond within 24 hours. On-site support, remote support, and full technical documentation are all provided. We operate via direct contact — not a global ticket system.
How much does it cost?
Final pricing varies based on tip type, filter options, and frame configuration. Request a quote and we will provide the optimal configuration and exact pricing for your research environment.
Can it be used in a GMP environment?
NOTABLE can be used in the non-clinical research phase of GMP manufacturing environments. IQ/OQ/PQ validation is supported, and installation and operational qualification documentation can be provided on request.
Can it integrate with LIMS or ELN systems?
Integration with LIMS, ELN, and other external systems is supported via REST API. Integration guides for major LIMS platforms are currently in development.
Is international shipping and on-site installation available?
We currently provide direct installation and on-site support for customers in Korea. For international inquiries, please contact info@ablelabsinc.com.
Where can I purchase consumables (tips, plates)?
NOTABLE is compatible with standard off-the-shelf tips and microplates — no proprietary consumables required. A recommended consumables list is available on request.
Is there a rental or Proof-of-Concept (PoC) program?
We offer an on-site Proof-of-Concept (PoC) program before purchase. You can validate performance with your actual protocols in your own lab environment before making a commitment.
Can multiple units be managed centrally?
Windy software supports simultaneous monitoring of multiple NOTABLE units in a networked environment. Specific configuration details are provided during the onboarding consultation.
Is 21 CFR Part 11 (electronic records & signatures) compliance supported?
Full 21 CFR Part 11 compliance mode is not currently available. If clinical-stage compliance is required, please contact us directly to discuss your needs.
How does maintenance and warranty service work?
Our dedicated Field Service Engineers (FSEs) provide on-site service. Standard maintenance is included for one year after purchase, with continued support available through a service agreement thereafter.
How does NOTABLE compare to overseas competitors?
NOTABLE offers CV < 4% precision, 24-hour local technical support, a coding-free UI, and pricing competitive with global brands. The most significant advantages over overseas instruments are local-language support and same-day on-site response — not a global ticket queue.
