Demo & Adoption FAQ

How does a demo work?
After submitting your inquiry, a team member will follow up within 1 business day. The process goes: 30-minute online consultation → on-site lab demo → PoC validation. We guide you through every step.
How do I request a PoC?
Select "PoC Request" in the form above, or ask during your consultation. We'll run your actual protocols in your real lab environment. An ABLE Labs engineer will support everything from instrument setup to testing.
I'm not sure which product fits our lab.
Select "Not sure yet · I'd like an expert recommendation" under Product of Interest. Our team will analyze your research environment, experiment goals, and budget to recommend the best fit.
Can government R&D funding be used for purchase?
The NOTABLE series is eligible for government R&D funding. Details on academic institution programs will be provided during your consultation.
Is IQ/OQ/PQ validation support available?
ABLE Labs provides IQ/OQ/PQ validation support services post-installation. Validation report support is also available for diagnostic companies and regulated environments. Please inquire for the full scope of services.
